My dear little girl is so fun to be around. She gets into everything. My make-up, food, Dvd's, kitty food. Bad news! But I have never been so happy. She says "whatyadoingmom?" 200 times a day. I try to answer but I am afraid most of them go unanswered. She loves baby dolls and cats. She runs and tries her best to keep up with the big kids. She loves them very much. On the first day of school she asked "where Margaret go?" It will be an adjustment but I am glad to have her alone for a few hours of the day. I am so happy she is ours!
The best place to climb on rocks bar none. We had a great time meeting the Mayos! When Clara and Ashtyn saw each other the looked like they were going to run and hug, but just before they stopped and looked at each other and said "Hey, we are both wearing popsicle shirts." Darling. I love when these two get together. Looking forward to the next time.
The worst picture of the most incredible thing I have ever seen. We were so happy to be at Carl and Julie's home. Right in the path of blackout. I was excited and thought it would be amazing, but it defiantly exceeded my expectations. I have heard that some people were quiet and solemn, we were not. We were happy and giddy and so loud. It didn't last long. but I guess that is why it was so special. I enjoyed seeing a 360 degree sunset. I loved seeing the diamond ring. I missed the cool lines on the ground. Shucks. The drive home took double the time there was so much traffic. but all so worth it. Carl and Julie were incredible host. I hope we weren't to much of a burden. WE are hopping to go to the next one!
He is Eight. He has finally pulled out his two front teeth! He is kinder, smarter, taller, and accountable. We have such love and high hopes for John. He succeeds every day. The next year is going to be great!
Butterflies are known for their unusual life cycle that includes a spectacular metamorphosis from caterpillar to a colorful winged adult. They have an erratic yet graceful flight pattern that attracts attention when they pass. The Ancient Greek word for butterfly is psȳchē, which means soul. I particularly admire their symmetry and kaleidoscope of colors.
